Responsible for providing legal support for several business and functional units operatively and/or as a coordinator, such as:

Human Resources: dealing with employment and labour law (employees, Trade Unions, Collective Agreement, Ethical Committee cases);
Internal Audit:supporting the audit investigations, co-ordinating the implementation of audit recommendations;
Internal group regulation system: managing the establishment of the new Group level regulation system, drafting and supervising internal Group level regulations;
Security Department: legal supervision and co-ordination of various issues and processes of human-, data-, information-, environmental- security;
Data protection: supervision and co-ordination of related matters at Group level, giving legal recommendations in concrete issues, working as data protection secretary;
Treasury Department: revision of financial contracts mainly in the scope of syndicated loans, credit management within MOL Group, cash-pool, ISDA-agreements, guarantees, and supporting bank-tendering processes;
Drafting and reviewing almost all types of civil law contracts;
Litigation (at regular courts and court of arbitration also) mainly concerned with labour and civil law, liaising with authorities;
Monitoring legislative changes that may affect the company or legal practice within the Group.
